Transportation: The Hoopervan shuttle will pick you up at the airport and bring you to Hoopcamp! Once you purchase your plane ticket, please email your full reservation information to hoopcampinfo@gmail.com. Final reservations for the shuttle must be made by September 15th. HOOPCAMP packages are all-inclusive. All packages include: Your meals (10 total), your choice of accommodation, all workshops and hoopcircles, evening hors dʼoeuvres and wine/beer receptions, DJʼs and music, designed and shaded outdoor hooping spaces, unlimited daytime snacks and fresh fruit, and a late night indoor hooping and lounge area.

Extras for sale at Hoopcamp: chilled energy and sport drinks, an espresso and coffee cart with coffee drinks, and an after-hours lounge with soft drinks and wine/beer in the Round House.
