HOOP DANCE FLOW AND THE FIVE WISDOM ENERGIES: How does our authentic flow style define our range of expression and shape our hoop dance practice? This discussion is an exploration of styles of movement, flow practice habits, and expression across the spectrum of the five wisdom energies, or five Buddha families, in the principles of Tibetan tantra and vajrayana Buddhism. Co-facilitated with Rainbow Michael Haynes, with assistance by members of the Pema Osel Ling community, this discussion will highlight techniques for turning ‘stuck’ movement patterns into flow, while emphasizing the dance of the wisdom energies in our everyday lives (in and out of the hoop) and appreciating the variety of flow experiences possible through hooping. Learn how to fine-tune your awareness to support yourself and your students in broadening dynamic range of movement and developing a practice as well-rounded as your hoop!
